Standard Operating Procedures for Transaction Registration

A. Objectives:

In the case that the buyers and sellers agree to transfer the rights of the registered land or buildings to the other party, while the other party offers payments for exchange upon signing the written contracts, the related party shall apply for the transfer of rights with the registration competent authority so that the transfer of rights is valid.

  • VII. Receipt of deed tax, certificate of tax exemption, or certificate of transfer agreement
  • VIII. Other needed documents regulated by the Central Land Administration
