Standard Operating Procedures for Name Alteration Registration

A. Objectives:

In the case that the land owner(s) or trustee(s) need to alter their names after registration of land rights, the related party shall apply for the name alteration with the registration competent authority. (Those who follow the rules of Self-governance Articles of Cadastre Arrangement, Kinmen County do not apply.)
