Standard Operating Procedures for Gift Registration

A. Objectives:

In the case that the owners of land or buildings gives away land or buildings without compensation to any third parties, the third parties agree to accept the gift upon signing written contract and apply for the transfer of rights with the registration competent authority so that the transfer of rights in rem is valid.

  • VIII. Certificate of gift tax payment, certificate of tax exemption, certificate of gift amount exclusion, or certificate of transfer agreement
  • IX. Other needed documents regulated by the Central Land Administration
