Standard Operating Procedures for Trustee Alteration Registration

A. Objectives:

In the case of any alterations of trustee of trustee institutions after the registration of land rights, the related party shall apply for the trustee alteration with the registration competent authority.

• I. Registration application form

• III. Certificate of registrations reasons (approval letter and inventory list by the competent authority,  or the qualification certificate of the trustee)
• IV. Certificate of land rights (ownership certificate or other certificate of rights)
• V. ID(s) of the applicant(s)
• VI. Other needed documents regulated by the Central Land Administration
