Standard Operating Procedures for Certificate Exchange or Re-issuance Registration

A. Objectives:

In the case that the certificates of the registered land rights are damaged, aged, or other causes resulting from alterations of data, the related party shall apply for the exchanged or re-issued certificates with the registration competent authority.
