Land registration in Kinmen County.

In 1994

The application for land return or ownership registration began in accordance to Safety and Guidance Act for Kinmen, Matsu, Dongsha and Nansha areas.

From 1995 to 1998

The execution of Kinmen Country Land Information Management Plan.

In 2000

The application for people to purchase the public land expropriated by government during the wartime in accordance to Offshore Islands Development Act.

On November 11, 2002

The National Land Information On-line system （http://eland.hinet.net）officially started.

From 2002 to 2005

Cadastral survey and land registration in Wuciao Township.

On February 14, 2003

Kinmen Country and other 13 counties began to use the Land Administration Internet Portal (http://clir.hinet.net). The system is used by the rest of the counties in Taiwan on November 11, 2003.

In August, 2005

The service desks were set in Jinghu and Jingsha Township Offices for the application of land registration transcription and cadastral map transcription.

The promotion of on-line application for land resurveying service.
